Here the public and building users alike can participate with pleasure in a civic architecture, given all of the historical depth this term implies from the Renaissance through to contemporary architectural and urban theory. The book also foregrounds Lynch Architects collaborative practice with artists and designers including Rut Blees Luxemburg and Timorous Beasties"
