The call for proposals is now open for the 2019 exhibition
program at the Counihan Gallery In Brunswick. Artists and curators are invited
to submit proposals for projects that can be developed and achieved in the next
year. We welcome innovative ideas and critical approaches to art practice.
As a 2019 CLIMATE + ART = CHANGE Festival venue partner, the
Gallery welcomes proposals with strong links to climate and the environment and
associated social or political issues that might be considered as a festival
exhibition in the month of April, 2019. More information about the festival can
be found at www.artclimatechange.org.
The gallery welcomes proposals from career/professional
artists from all cultural backgrounds that meet the selection criteria and
align with the gallery’s objectives.
A free information session detailing the Counihan Gallery In
Brunswick exhibition application process will be held at the gallery on Tuesday
17 April at 6pm followed by a Q&A session.
Applications can be submitted at any time during the proposals period but will only be assessed after the closing date of Friday 29 June 2018, 5 pm.
